At Liberty we have a preferred contractor list in Salina and surrounding areas, but encourage the owners to choose which contractor they would prefer to use or even allow the owners to work on the rental property themselves in they choose to do so.
We provide transparent management to our owners, by providing monthly statements, yearly tax statements for rental income, receipts with every statement, and authorization for all work that needs to be completed. We provide the owner with 2-4 bids for big projects and ensure all permits are being pulled when needed.
We are available 7 days a week to serve the properties and ensure the value of the property steadily increases each year.
At the end of the year we provide Comparative Market Analysis of the Properties Current Resell Value when requested.
